This section provides access to the official documents, policies, forms and templates supporting the operation of the NASU FAIR Data Competence Center.
The materials cover the governance, organisation, monitoring and reporting of the Center’s activities. They may also be used by partner institutions, data experts and research support units when organising FAIR research data management services.

Documents formally approved by the authorised governing body of Kyiv Academic University.

Policy models that may be adopted or adapted by research institutions and research infrastructure units.
Operational forms
Editable forms used for the regular collection and documentation of information about the Center’s activities.
Reporting templates
Standard structures supporting consistent annual reporting and comparison of results over time.
Document use and version control
The status of each document is indicated on its individual page. Approved documents are published together with information about the approving body, date of approval and the relevant decision or protocol number.
Templates and operational forms may be provided in editable formats. When a document is revised, the current version and the date of the latest update are displayed on the corresponding page.
Users should refer to the latest published version before applying a document, form or template in institutional practice.
