Webinar materials "Placement of research data in the NAS of Ukraine Repository DataverseUA"
According to the Order of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine "On the Implementation and Support of Open Science in the Institutions of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine" dated July 2, 2025, No. 324, Annex No. 1, Kyiv Academic University (Center for Open Science Competencies and Research Data Management) together with the M.M. Bogolyubov Institute of Theoretical Physics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the V.M. Glushkov Institute of Cybernetics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine held an online webinar "Research Data and the DataverseUA Repository" on November 20-21.
On November 20, lectures were held on open science, FAIR data, open data management (creation of data management plans), and the functionality of the DataverseUA Open Data Repository of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
On November 21, practical sessions were held on the use of the DataverseUA Repository for data authors and curators: data uploading and organization; metadata and data identification; licenses and dissemination conditions; data publication and dataset management.
The target audience of the webinar included graduate students, young scientists, and researchers from scientific institutions of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Centers for Collective Use of Scientific Equipment, and universities, as well as specialists who provide consulting support for the placement of research data in the DataverseUA Open Data Repository of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
